We are a local PTA unit in Mobile, Alabama organized under the authority of the Alabama Congress of Parents and Teachers (Alabama PTA), a branch of the National Congress of Parents and Teachers (National PTA). More specifically organized exclusively for the charitable, scientific, literary or education purposes within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code or corresponding section of the federal tax code.
